After a thorough research by my team and I, we conclude that there is no perfect model given the finite resources present in the world. Opportunity costs will definitely be incurred and there will always be limitations in waste management. Henceforth, Pulau Semakau is notthe model for perfection of waste sustainability but it has achieved the most effective and efficient form of waste management given the present technological advancements.
